Basement Renovation - Part 2

So, where was I? (see basement renovation part 1 for first half of renovations)

Along comes Summer 2012.  Matt promises me no projects.  Camryn is a few months old, Madelyn is 2, we want to enjoy the summer as a family, you know, doing fun things.

Until......we get the bright idea to refinance.  We go to schedule our appraisal and they ask if any projects are going on, is any electrical exposed, etc.  Umm...well our basement.  So we were given 30 days to finish the basement or the money we'd put in to the refinance would be wasted.  Thus the frantic basement reno part II begins!!

Ok so let's begin with Before, During, and After of the family room area:

Phewww I'm tired after writing this post and remembering all the hard work Matt put in to this basement.
