Yard Saling

Last week was spent like most others.  Hanging out, playing outside, and trips to Zinga.

Mom had the afternoon off one day last week so she picked Camryn up and took her to Zinga and out shopping.  It's amazing how different the girls are when they are alone.  It's like having all the attention turns them in to perfect little angels!

Camryn got to spend some time playing with her bff.

Maddy was on the tricycle when Camryn hopped right on the back.

Friday Maddy and I were headed up to MD to stay the night since we had the yard sale early in the morning.  Matt dropped her off at work with me for the last hour of my day and she drew everyone I work with a picture for their office.  Later she told me her favorite part of the day was coming to work with me.

She also enjoyed running through the empty halls.

When we got up to Mimi's Maddy got a little present.  Mimi got her orange and green hair!  Maddy wore the orange one all day Saturday at the yard sale...it got really funny when she put on one of Kiley's witch costumes, orange hair and a witch costume in April.

While we were spending time with Mimi, Aunt Sabrina, and the cousins, Matt and Camryn had a little date night.

Friday night before bed Maddy wanted to send daddy some pictures and say good night.

We got up SUPER early on Saturday and Maddy was such a trooper.  Her and Kiley helped us get all set up and then they started shopping.  They bought books and stuffed animals and babies.  Maddy was sure to buy something for Camryn as well.

The girls hung out and shopped for a good part of the morning and then they went with Sabrina to Ryan's tee-ball game.

We did well at the sale but still had lots of stuff to pack up at the end of the day.  Sabrina barely had room for Ryan in the car.

We were all hungry after the sale so we went for lunch and ice cream.

Maddy and I headed home and she slept the entire way home.  We finished off the weekend playing out side. Maddy pushing Camryn on the swings while Matt and I had a glass of wine :)

Camryn playing with the new orange hair.

We took their babies for quite a few walks.

And picked flowers to put behind our ears.

Sunday we went over to Anna's for a little bit and all ran some errands.

Maddy had gymnastics on Sunday and put on a little pre-gymnastics performance for me.  You can see the video HERE.

Keren asked for Monday off so Maddy went to school and Camryn got to spend the day running all my errands, doing laundry, dishes, and cooking.  She was awesome.  We took her 2 babies with us and she had to buckle them in.

She also filled up the backpack and kept waving bye-bye and saying "see ya" to me.

The afternoon started to get chilly and eventually rained (which it's supposed to do all week long!! ugh)

But we fit in a walk before the rain set in.

Last night Maddy had on cat ears and was putting her babies to bed.

Easter

We had a nice week last week followed by a great weekend celebrating Easter with our family.

Last week we were talking about how Maddy was the big sister and then Maddy told me I was a baby.  I replied that I'm not the baby I'm the oldest of my siblings as well.  She replied "no you're the baby, the snow driving baby, because you don't like to drive in the snow".  It was hilarious...where do kids come up with this stuff, while she's correct, it was still random haha.

Maddy was in charge of snack at school last Wednesday so we made chocolate dipped strawberries for her class.  I gave both the girls little bowls of chocolate and strawberries to make some for themselves.  I think both girls just ate the chocolate off the strawberries, ha.

We are moving offices at work and I came across some old date stickers and thought the girls would like playing with them.  You know who ended up doing an art project with them?   Matt....

We also dyed Easter Eggs last week.

Camryn has been a great helper...she vacuums in high heels and helps with the dishes.

Last Friday Gammy watched the girls so Keren could have the day off.

Then Friday night I went to Whitneys to spend some time with her and Katie and Matt took the girls to get pizza.

Matt made the girls Easter pancakes....

While Callie kept watch from her permanent spot on the kitchen mat, right in front of the sink, which makes it difficult to do dishes and cook, but we love her so it's ok.

Saturday Matt went for a nice little run....16 miles!!  Dad brought Easter baskets over for the girls.

The girls and I were going to go to the grocery store so Maddy had her purse all ready to go shopping.

But the girls ended up going over to Anna's for an Easter egg hunt with Aunt Anna and Gammy.  So they got Easter baskets over there as well...lucky girls.

Saturday afternoon we went fishing (more like casting the pole a couple times and walking away without a nibble), but it was fun!

After that we played with the neighbors and then went to a cookout at a neighbors house.

Sunday morning we woke up and the girls found their Easter baskets.  We don't have the best pictures of it considering Maddy was crying over which outfit to wear and Camryn was crying just because Maddy was crying. (but for the sake of having some picture on here from Easter morning I'm posting what we have)

We then headed up to MD for a fun filled Easter day!!

The girls practiced for the Easter Egg hunt using balls.

We got to meet the newest Coulby...Cooper....I want him, he is so sweet!!!

Mimi had an activity for the kids.  She made peanut butter play dough and you make a nest with the play dough and pretzels and then put a peep and grapes in it.  Very cute.

The the kids opened their Easter gifts.  (Lucky girls got 4 Easter baskets...which means lots of candy...which leads to a funny story.  Matt swears he lacks self control when it comes to yummy food, candy included, so as the girls Easter candy goes missing he swears he blacks out and wakes up in a room full of wrappers...like candy wrappers...sure Matt!  I must fess up...the candy isn't safe with either of us in the house!)

Camryn got stick on earrings she's showing off...

When we got home we spent the rest of the afternoon playing outside.  Maddy is really good and swinging all by herself now and it's all she ever wants to do.

Camryn was blowing bubbles on to Callie I think..Callie is so good she didn't mind.  Cash kept trying to eat the bubbles.

We wrapped up our weekend but relaxing and watching some cartoons before bed.

(the girls were cold after bath but we still sat outside because we all just love our porch)
