The other day Matt and I wanted to go for a run together. We have a few races (5K/10K's) coming up and one of them, at Bluemont Vineyard, ends with a huge hill. So we decided to run on the other side of Town where we knew we could get in some hills.
The girls stayed with Anna and Mom and played at the park next to Anna's house. They LOVE that park. I think we need to replace our sand box with pea gravel. Maddy did not want to leave the park.
Matt and I had a great run, I did 4.3 miles without stopping, go me :) Matt ran a lot more, but he's just special, he could run for days, I don't get it. I could barely walk when I was done!
