Christmas Morning

Maddy woke up at 3:50am on Christmas morning.  She came into our room and asked if she could go see if Santa had come or not.  We told her it was far too early and she needed to get in our bed with us and go back to sleep.  Of course she couldn't fall back asleep so around 5am, Camryn has started stirring, so we got her and headed downstairs.  Matt went down ahead of us so he could grab the camcorder and get a video of their Christmas morning (long story short, all the wonderful Christmas day video we took, for some reason didn't record, camcorder malfunction at it's best :(  

The girls started with their stockings...

Camryn loved her stuffed kitty.  She loves cats, so she got a stuffed one, haha, Santa knew Mommy and Daddy wouldn't have liked a real one (neither would Callie or Cash for that matter).

Maddy loves this Cinderella doll.  The funny thing is she got this Christmas Eve from Mr. Link while at mom's house.  She had it with her all Christmas morning.

Daddy putting together Maddy's new telescope.  It's cute, when Maddy is mad at Camryn, she tells her if she doesn't stop doing whatever it is that's bothering Maddy, that she won't let her look through her telescope.  Unfortunately for Maddy, threats don't work too well on Camryn, she wants to do what she wants to do, regardless of the consequence.

The girls helped the dogs open their treats.

Daddy put a climbing rope in their playroom as a gift from us and they like it.  That afternoon we found Cams jumping off of chairs and swinging into the wall....

Santa got Maddy a new dress so she had a wardrobe change halfway into the morning.

Daddy and the girls got me a new apron!!

The girls got Kinetic Sand from Santa, which is so much fun to play with!  It's the first thing they wanted to play with (notice it's still dark out because we'd finished opening presents and having breakfast before it was even dawn!)
