Easter Weekend

Yesterday (Saturday) was beautiful out. We were outside all day! I really can't wait for consistently nice weather (which I recently discovered will mean millions of cicadas as well http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2013/03/130329-cicadas-coming-sky-locust-swarm-animal-science/). That yucky news aside it was great to spend time out in the fresh air.

PopPop dropped Easter baskets off for the girls. The beautiful Fuller girls came over to play. After that I took the girls to Aunt Anna's where they got Easter baskets from Aunt Anna and Gammy and Aunt Anna did an Easter egg hunt for them. They spent a few hours over with Anna which was great because it gave me time to make my dishes for Sunday's lunch at Mimi's.  Anna brought the girls back home and then Whit came over and spent the night. And that was just our Saturday!

Today we woke up early and the girls found their Easter baskets that the bunny hid.  Then we went to church in Middletown. We love that church and hope we can find a church as wonderful down here. It's at the top of our to do list! Maddy enjoyed crafts at the church with her cousins. Then we went to Mimi's for lunch and another Easter egg hunt. We had such a wonderful Easter!!! Maddy played with her cousins, Cams happily walked around Mimi's house just grinning. Everyone got a kick out of her eating her cupcake with no hands, just face in the plate. Thanks to all our wonderful family for making this Easter a great one!  Weekends like this one make me so incredibly thankful for all we have and for our beautiful little girls and wonderful family.  I went to bed feeling so blessed!

Camryn was riding the little barbie 4 wheeler all by herself.

Helpful big sis.

Daddy hung a swing out back.

Maddy opening her Easter eggs after the hunt at Mimi's and counting her goods.  Thanks AB and Rodney for putting on the Easter Egg hunt.  Maddy was so excited to put her money in her piggy bank!

Pretty girls posing infront of my cute Peep Cupcakes.

Trying to get a group picture.  (maybe we should leave it to the professional next week, we have family pictures scheduled next Saturday, so excited!)

You can't tell here but Camryn was pushing a car around the floor at Mimi's, it was so cute, then I look over and Uncle Chris had gone to sit with her and was playing cars with her.  It was adorable.

On our way up to bed I found Cash sleeping in the box.  This box is a favorite of the girls and dogs.  Look Boxer in a Box!
