Spring break

For spring break this year we spent 3 days in Williamsburg and we went to the National Zoo.

Matt had to work so I took the girls to the zoo.  We visited with the cows in Kidwell farm.

We hung out in the rain forest.

And visited with the giant fish in the rain forest (Amazonia Exhibit)

The girls kept asking for me to take their pictures on all the misc statues around the zoo.

By the time we made it to the lions it was the middle of the day and they were laying around.

We saw the giant tortoises.

And had to stop by the flamingos...because there were flamingos on Camryn's dress.

We got to see the baby panda who was lazily sleeping.

When we went inside a Panda followed and we got to see him up close!

The girls followed the elephant tracks.

And this wolf really liked them (or wanted to eat them), it kept walking away and then right back up to the glass to see the girls.

We arrived as the zoo early, so we had the place to ourselves and the girls LOVED the sea lions.  They kept showing off for us.  I could have stayed at that exhibit all day.

You can see the Sea lions swimming by us in THIS video.

The girls hanging out in the driveway with an umbrella.  At one point they had their little umbrella and the wind took it away, funny watching Maddy chase down her little Tinkerbell umbrella.

While in Williamsburg we dyed Easter Eggs.

We spent a day at Busch Gardens

There was a sloth at Busch Gardens that the girls got to pet.

Camryn was finally big enough to ride the swings!

the girls got to have a sleepover.  Maddy got hot and made a pallet on the floor and Cams curled up right next to Sydney.

The kids were in charge of dinner one night and made us pizza.

We went to Yankee Candle and dipped candles.

The Easter Bunny was walking around Yankee Candle.

We stopped at Paul's Deli for lunch, I highly recommend it!

The girls also had swim lessons.
