Happy 5th Birthday Madelyn!!!

Our sweet Madelyn turned 5 yesterday!  I really just can't get over how quickly the girls are growing up.  To go from this teeny tiny baby to this little girls, it's so amazing to see.  Maddy, you make mommy and daddy so proud, you are such a great big sister too, we love you so so much!

We woke her up bright and early on her Birthday.  See her first moments as a 5 year old

For breakfast Maddy requested pancakes with sprinkles and a candle.  Here we are, in our best morning singing voices, singing happy birthday to Maddy.

Gammy took Maddy out to pick out a new outfit to wear on her birthday.  Maddy picked out a very cute outfit!

Maddy asked for clothes for Molly for her birthday so she opened her presents before school, with help from Camryn of course.  She dressed Molly in a new dress for school as well.

The night before her birthday, Maddy, Camryn and Makenna helped make an ice cream cake for Maddy to share with her class on her birthday.  I let Maddy choose the ice cream and she picked cookie dough...good choice!!  The whole class enjoyed their special snack!

We picked the girls up from school and headed out to Dulles to have dinner with Dad, Tammy, Chesney, Christian, Garrett, and Bridgette.  Maddy picked Red Robin, a favorite of hers!

She opened some presents.  She is ready for the beach now with a new hat, bikini, sandals, sunglasses, etc.

Again, Camryn had to help.

Towards the end of the week the girls start to turn in to monsters.  As the week drags on they get more and more tired.  I'd like to say they catch up on sleep on the weekends, but that's not usually the case.  Anyways, the girls (or Camryn) were kind of crazy at dinner.

They sang to Maddy and she didn't even want to look at the servers, ha.  The reward of ice cream is all that got her to look at them as they sang to her for her birthday.

Tonight we have dinner with Mimi, Pop Pop Jack, AB, Aunt Sabrina, Uncle Chris, Bryce, Kiley, and Ryan!

I plan to do our yearly birthday interview so stay tuned...hopefully I can find a minute over this long weekend to do that!!!  We also have party prep for Miss Maddy & Miss Sydney's 5th Birthday Extravaganza which will be held at our house next weekend for all their friends and classmates.  Let the crazy times continue!!

We hope you had an amazing birthday Maddy, you deserve the world.  You may continue to grow but you'll always be my little baby.
