A few days before Matt's birthday we took a day off and headed down to Busch Gardens. In true Coulby form we arrived early. We decided to walk around Colonial Williamsburg since the park didn't open yet.
It was so pretty, I can't wait to go back and spend some more time there.
Checking out the well.

The girls starting "baaa'ing" at these sheep and one old one started talking to them and walking over, it was so funny.

We left Colonial Williamsburg and headed over to Busch Gardens. We were meeting up with our friends, but they weren't there yet so we rode a few rides and played until they arrived.

We were on our final ride when they called a code "something or other" and all rides had to stop. Storms were coming...and then the skies opened up. It was POURING!!!! We stood under a little tree for a minute, and then a nice family from Boston shared their umbrella with us. We finally decided to just make a run for it (from the middle of the park to the entrance). It's very hard for me to see with my glasses when it's raining, I need little windshield wipers for them...that'd make me really cool right?! We made it to the tram as they called a code purple (this one I remember) because it shut everything down, no more tram because of lightening......
We were parked in Italy...not sure how to get to Italy from England but we decided if we were going to ever get back to our place for the night, we'd have to just walk, and we did and we found our way to our car and we were soaked!

When we got to the resort to check in, everyone and their mother was there too. I had to stand inside for a good 30-40 minutes, soaking wet, to check in. While I was in there Cams fell asleep and when we finally checked in she was just shivering, poor thing.

We recovered quickly and had a fun night!!! We headed home the next morning.
