Since New Years the girls have been recovering from their strep all while being stuck inside because it's been SOOOO cold out (my car said 0 degrees this morning!). Meanwhile Matt has been getting sick. We take turns in our house, sharing is caring right?!
Last week we had some snow and ice. It killed the girls to not go play in it but them recovering from strep along with the icy cold conditions, it just didn't make going outside seem like a good idea.

So instead, Camryn took pictures of herself

The girls played with clay and play doh.

They played with band-aids and cotton balls.

We went to MD to celebrate Ryan's 5th Birthday!!

I don't know what's in the water up there, but they all grew mustaches

Look at the girls on the way up to MD, Camryn has her sock on her hand...slept the whole way like that. I bet her hand was nice and toasty.

Maddy decided last weekend that she HAD to wear her old Halloween costume, from 2 Halloweens ago!

Camryn continued to NOT wear clothes.

We also took apart Camryn's crib to make her big girl bed. How sad. For the first time in 4 years there is no crib in our house :(
Here are the girls standing in the crib one last time....

They ended up having a sleepover together in Camryns new big girl bed that night. It was so cute. We could hear them on the monitor. We told them if they didn't settle down we'd have to have Maddy go in her room. So Camryn, being the trouble maker, kept reading books and getting up and you could hear Maddy saying "sista, we have to go to sleep, ok ok one more book then we have to go to sleep". Finally Camryn fell asleep and Maddy asked me what she should do if sista cried. But that didn't happen, they both slept all night...their first sleepover together!

And in other news, Camryn loves her dogs
And both girls LOVE ice cream

And they've decided they should start wrestling. It's so cute to listen to the uncontrollable giggles when they play (and when they're not fighting). Camryn likes to take whatever Maddy has and pulls her hair when we're in the car and I am driving and can't do anything about it. Maddy may just be one of the most patient kids I know...at least when it comes to her sister. When she wants something from me or Matt, well that's a different story.
